These employees are physically present, but psychologically absent. They are unhappy with their work situation and insist on sharing this unhappiness with their colleagues.

The UCI Engagement Team held a series of town hall meetings and Bright People, Brilliant Solutions campaigns following the 2017 survey to select and share the areas of focus for 2018-19.
