Join the UCI Engagement team and Gallup experts for a four-session journey into the world of employee engagement. As a participant, you will build a strong foundation for your ongoing engagement efforts, gain a deeper understanding of the value of employee engagement, and learn how you can positively impact your engagement scores. You’ll earn a Level 1 UCI Engagement Certificate from UCI’s engagement team upon completion of all four sessions.

Live attendance is encouraged so that you can ask questions and receive answers directly from the experts. All sessions will be recorded and made available for on-demand learning through the UCLC within two weeks of the live session. Completing all four sessions on-demand will also earn you a Level 1 UCI Engagement Certificate from UCI’s engagement team.
