Level 1 - Engagement Basics
Join the UCI Engagement team and Gallup experts for a four-session journey into
the world of employee engagement. As a participant, you will build a strong
foundation for your ongoing engagement efforts, gain a deeper understanding
of the value of employee engagement, and learn how you can positively impact
your engagement scores. You’ll earn a Level 1 UCI Engagement Certificate from
UCI’s engagement team upon completion of all four sessions. All sessions are recorded
and made available for on-demand learning through the UCLC.
