NON-REPRESENTED CO-WORKERS

There will be a reconsideration period until January 17, 2025 for non-represented co-workers to request wage mapping review. All job classification reconsideration requests have already been reviewed and resolved. UPDATE AS OF THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2024

We are pleased to share an update on the progress of our job mapping initiative.


Non-represented Community Network co-workers who were part of the Job Mapping Initiative will receive an additional communication from UCI HR on Thursday, December 12 containing their final job and pay mapping details, and will see these changes in the December 18, 2024 paycheck.


Represented Community Network co-workers who were part of the Job Mapping Initiative have already received final compensation information in the November 18 communication.


All letters are highly customized for the individual co-worker and their particular role. If you do not see your letter on the date noted above, please search sender ‘Ramona Agrela’, and check your inbox, deleted, clutter, spam, and junk folders. If you still cannot find your letter, please contact the UCI Employee Experience Center (EEC).

We are excited to announce that we have completed mapping the former Tenet positions to UCI positions. This effort was designed to align job titles within the Community Network with those at UCI Health. This represents a significant step towards fully integrating our Community Network co-workers into the UCI Health family.
