All represented and policy covered career, partial year career, contract, per diem and limited staff are eligible to take the survey. In order to participate, a staff member must have been active as of May 26, 2023 and remain active through September 8, 2023.

Academic, casual restricted, student and campus temporary employees are not eligible.
