Performance Management Series

Additional modules have been developed for people leaders to effectively translate strategic priorities into individual goals for staff, to provide effective and actionable feedback, and coach for growth and development. These modules are open to managers of non-represented staff at all levels across the UCI enterprise.

Strategic Alignment and Goal Setting:  This facilitator-led engagement is designed for schools, departments, and broad teams to align organizational priorities to individual goals and activities. Leaders will be able to create and share their mission, vision, and strategic priorities to all staff members within the group and help them craft aligned, meaningful, individual goals.
