The Partnership is an independent unit within the new HR model.

  • The unit will be staffed with Executive Directors of HR who practice the most current and sophisticated approaches to HR functions
  • Members of the Partnership work in close collaboration with the Executive Directors to leverage expertise across the entire enterprise
  • The model allows the HR teams to focus on serving their respective customers with the highest level of quality and responsiveness
  • The Partnership provides enterprise-wide strategic planning and support
