MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES

The unprecedented times we are living through due to the Coronavirus pandemic can be stressful for anyone, and are for almost everyone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for help. In addition to your family, friends, colleagues and leader, here are some mental health resources that can assist you through these difficult times.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) COMPSYCH TELEPHONIC COUNSELING FOR ALL UCI EMPLOYEES INCLUDING FRONTLINE STAFF

To better support all UCI employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, our EAP ComPsych partners have made available a designated team of senior clinicians that specialize in providing real-time support during times of crisis. EAP ComPsych is also expertly equipped to address the specific the needs of campus and healthcare frontline workers.

HOST A VIRTUAL MEETING FOR YOUR DEPARTMENT WITH COMPSYCH

EAP ComPsych is hosting a number of webinars related to COVID-19. In addition, they are available to design virtual meetings tailored to your unique organization, including a real-time Q&A session. These tailored meetings could cover topics like:
