The unprecedented times we are living through due to the Coronavirus pandemic can be stressful for anyone, and are for almost everyone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for help. To better support all UCI employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, our EAP, ComPsych Guidance Resource, partners have made available a designated team of senior clinicians that specialize in providing real-time support during times of crisis. ComPsych is also expertly equipped to address the specific the needs of campus and healthcare frontline workers.

Contact UCI Faculty/Staff Support Services for free/confidential virtual individual or group consultation via Zoom and for assistance with connecting to resources and referrals. Psychoeducational workshops on a variety of mental health topics, critical incident debriefings, and short-term therapy or case management are also available virtually at this time.
